HeroBot Terms of Service

Welcome to HeroBot, a product developed and operated by Invira. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HeroBot platform, widget, and associated services. By accessing or using HeroBot, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

1. Eligibility and B2B Service Context

HeroBot is a business-to-business platform designed to assist companies with customer engagement, support, and sales. By registering for an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to bind your company or business entity to these terms.

2. Beta Programme, Subscriptions, and Billing

Our billing architecture is structured to provide flexible scale for businesses of all sizes.

• Beta Access and Free Tiers: During our introductory beta phase, eligible users may receive a 30 days free trial. We reserve the right to modify the features, limitations, or availability of this free tier at any time.
• Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans automatically renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the end of your current cycle. The billing frequency (monthly or annually) is selected at checkout.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.
• Price Changes: We may revise subscription prices periodically. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes, and the new rates will apply upon your next renewal cycle.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use HeroBot responsibly and ethically. You must not use our platform to:

• Generate, upload, or share any unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, including hate speech, discrimination, or fraud.
• Send unsolicited spam or promotional materials without clear user consent.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary AI prompts of the HeroBot system.
• Circumvent usage limits or exploit platform vulnerabilities.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

4. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer and User Responsibility

HeroBot is powered by advanced agentic AI, which comes with unique technical realities.

• Output Accuracy: While we utilise cognitive security to keep the agent aligned with your knowledge base, AI systems can occasionally generate inaccurate or incomplete responses. You acknowledge that AI output is not infallible.
• No Professional Advice: The content provided by HeroBot does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
• User Oversight: You are solely responsible for the configuration of your bot and the accuracy of the documents you upload. You must exercise good judgement and maintain human oversight of the conversations your AI agent handles. We will continually update you on new cognitive security features, but you remain responsible for the final outputs shown to your customers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Invira's Ownership: The HeroBot platform, including its code, interface design, architecture, and proprietary algorithms, remains the exclusive property of Invira and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the software for your internal business operations.
• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, knowledge base documents, and product catalogues you upload to the platform. You also own the conversation logs generated by your end users. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business data.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeroBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties.

• Limitation of Liability: Invira shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend and indemnify Invira against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the content generated by your chatbot, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HeroBot immediately if you breach these terms or engage in illegal activities. You may also stop using the service at any time without notifying us.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Dubai.
